Instructions: Please Read The Passage Before Trying To Pass A Constitutional Ammendment

The fine folk(s) at G-A-Y have a post up pointing out some interesting information regarding Proposition 8 and the California Supreme Court's decision to institute marriage between same sex couples earlier this year. Here is some of the wording from the Court's ruling:

This passage is leading some to believe that the California Supreme Court may have already formed an opinion on the matter. Considering there are a few cases already in front of this same court asking to overturn Prop 8 or rule it invalid, this may be more important that it first seems.

All indications are that the CA Supreme Court will rule on the issue quickly, possible even by the end of this week.
