I give in. I still think this whole 25 Things MEME is just downright silly, but here's my list regardless:
- I've lived in 8 different states and in 2 countries
- I attended 9 different schools during K-12 education
- Prior to living in Northern Kentucky, I had not lived anywhere more than three years in one stretch
- Every couple of years, I get an insatiable itch to move
- I haven't had that itch since I've been in Chicago, but it hasn't been 3 years yet
- I want to go back to school to get a PhD so I can teach, but I'm pretty fluid in what I want to teach
- I have absolutely no idea how I'm going to make #6 happen
- I always feel awkward in new social situations, even though most people say they don't notice
- If I won the lottery, the first thing I would do is move my family to Chicago
- I wasn't sure I would find happiness in a relationship until I met Esvan
- Peanut Butter and Crackers is one of my favorite foods. Best. Comfort Food. Ever.
- I really only miss a few people from all the places I lived, and I've been lucky enough to find them again later in life. Mostly
- I often day dream about moving back to Cincinnati, then I remember that my friends and family are the only things I miss there. I hate the rest of that place with a passion
- I've always been the rebellious type, but I'm usually subtle about it
- I miss religion in my life, but I despise Christianity
- Music is my favorite outlet
- I haven't found an album that I can relate to in over 2 years
- I haven't written any music or touched my guitar in over a year
- I'm constantly trying to leverage my skills into another revenue stream, but I can't seem to monetize anything I do
- I have an unhealthy love of J-names - Jesse, James, John, Jack… love them.
- The reason my style has changed drastically since I was younger is because I'm really an introverted guy with slightly shy tendencies
- I've always wanted to front a rock band
- I also want to get back to drumming
- I love video games, but most can't hold my attention for more than a night or two
- I feel extremely fortunate to be where I am in life, and confident that it's not by accident
